Our philosophy is to offer wholesome, locally sourced food and excellent service.  Our Head Chef Alex Grant designs our menu around the Modern British and European kitchen. From our bread to start, to our sticky toffee pudding to finish, everything is made on the premises.

A snack and lunchtime menu is also available.

At The Magdala we offer a fine selection of beers, wines and spirits.  We pride ourselves on our choice of seasonal British guest ales which vary every week.

Our dining room creates a more intimate setting for groups of any size. Open as a dining room Thursday to Saturday evenings, 6-10pm and Sunday lunchtimes 12-5pm, this room can also be hired out as a private function room. We have various function menus to offer, or can tailor a menu around your specific requirements.
